BirthChoices Dundee (by Karen)
BirthChoices Dundee is a voluntary group run by Paula, a new midwife and Karen, a mother. We aim to provide a support network for pregnant women and their families. The group will usually meet on the last Wednesday of every month and we'll be discussing a host of topics such as normal birth, water birth, birth plans, caesarean birth, induction of labour, pain relief and place of birth.
Feel free to suggest any other pregnancy or childbirth related topics which you would like us to chat about. Please note that although we may help you with general issues relating to your maternity care, we can not offer clinical advice on an individual basis as we have not been involved in your care.
The group is FREE OF CHARGE, friendly, informal and all are welcome. Feel free to bring children along too!
