no i have no qualms with folk who live in the ferry.. what i Do have is a sense of outrage. This lassie has been vilified for daring to go out.. what a shock ! remarks about her looks,her children and her family have been downright rude.
Women should be able to go out without fear. As for my Bra burning, was done many moons ago in Jollys bar. or was it the Fort.. one can never remember.

A woman, who happens to be a mother, and her sister go for a night out, she likes dancing so they go to a night club and the citizenry feel free to make all sorts of aspersions on her character and carry on like Victorian moral campaigners on speed. And how many men who happen to be fathers were in Fat Sam's that night with their mates and not their wife or partner?? Ah but that's different, eh?

OK swap mong for ming! The yanks used and abused the Mong a loyal fierce fighting proud people. Note the use of capital in Mong. Hypocrisy does not come in to it, kerter! I can get annoyed at people who sponge off the taxpayer (including some politicians) without wishing to see them dead.

I feel deeply sad that a young woman was murdered and left to rot in the undergrowth. I also feel very sad for her family who loved her and who will miss her.

Sheena, time may tell, having known the "family" I can bet they will be milking every drop of sympathy, this only adds to the missuse of peoples honest generosity. Been there and done it!
Even the system will milk it, any bets that the Dundee Uni are in it too, scanning the bod in situe for later revelations of wonderfull technology. Aye, and the band goes on, life, interesting for the observers. Sad on occassion, for me sorrow is a comodity held in deepest reserve for a more worthy soul who realy touched base.
