Dundee ballet teacher accused of having sex with teenage male pupil

A ballet teacher has appeared in court accused of abducting one of her male pupils and having sex with him.

Sarah Pirie, 27, from Dundee, is charged with taking the 15 year-old boy to hotels in Manchester between March and June last year.

Miss Pirie, who is a trained dancer and choreographer, met the boy at the dance school where she worked in Lytham St Annes on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire.

She is currently living in Luxembourg with her father, a wealthy investment banker, Blackpool magistrate's court heard.

Miss Pirie, who is a dance choreographer as well as teacher, faces five charges of intentionally sexually touching the boy.

She is also charged with abducting the teenage pupil from Blackpool on May 22 2009 when she took him to Manchester.

Her defence lawyer, Trevor Colebourne, said his client pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Miss Pirie was given bail until April 30 for her case to be referred to the crown court.

She has danced in and choreographed shows in theatres throughout Britain. She has also had minor roles in TV's Waterloo Road and Hollyoaks.

Jist a pure wee minker and durty tadger dipper in those days. Ane lassie four years my senior even coarnered me and demanded I perform. My trophy on that occassion was a Stoabie lassies snake belt. Aye, with regard tae that wee skag who bleated aboot the ballydancer, eh think the wee rat was hoping for a shilling or two, or his brag caught the ear of anither rat.

Change the context and look for another opt out for common sense, enter the politically correct. If you are still struggling here are two scenarios. 1. Parental consent, where is it? 2. Context, who said and who did? There has been many such cases in the past and only because high profile the media love it and then create debate. In this case from a male point of view the balerina would have been the complainant from my perspective, in this case it looks more like you are carrying the ouch in the fwanny WMD! THE ONE EYED WIGGLY WORM HAS REPIED! ;-)
